S’more Cake in Your Crock-Pot! Perfect Winter Treat

This has to be one of the most simple and yet most delicious s’more related recipes that I have ever made. Not only does the crockpot do most of the work but it only requires 4 ingredients and you will have one of the most decadent desserts you and your family have ever had.

Ingredients:
I box of chocolate cake mix (plus the ingredients required to make the cake mix)
1 1/2 cups of mini marshmallows
1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips
6 graham crackers

Directions:
Make the cake mix according to the box
Spray the bottom of your slow cooker (or as I can’t recommend enough use a crockpot liner bag, makes clean up incredibly easy)
Add half of the batter to the bottom of the cooker
Then add 1 cup of marshmallows followed by 1 cup of chocolate chips
Break up the graham crackers (saving one aside) and layer on top
Pour in the rest of the batter
Cook on low for 1.5 hours
Add the rest of the marshmallows, chocolate and crumbled cracker on top
Cook another 20-30 min
Serve with ice-cream for an even more special treat!
