Resolution Vs. Solution: New Year New You

It’s that time of the year again where we can put the past in the past and start brand new. Where people decide what they want to work on and make better in the new year and write the often dreaded list of New Years Resolutions. How about this year instead of making a resolution that inevitably will get broken or altered why not make a New Years solution instead. As opposed to striving all year to accomplish something just do it at the beginning of the year and reap the rewards for the next 365 days and more. How can you possibly do that you ask?
