Our After the Sale Difference

Here at Walnut Ridge we take pride in our services after the sale. While many other dealers are focused solely on selling an RV and being done with the customer after that we want you to get the most out of your investment. This starts from the first day you come and pick up your RV. Our knowledgeable and patient service staff do a thorough walk through of your new unit, showing you all of the features and how to work them.

We also offer 2 free nights of camping at our campground when you purchase an RV. All too often with other dealerships people will get their RV to a campground and not know how to do certain things. This way we are right here to assist you with any help you might need.

And last but not least we offer free seminars at our Learning Center. In fact we have a seminar coming up on October 17th. From 9:00-10:30 am there will be an introduction to RVing. This is ideal for learning tips and tricks from experienced RVers. From 11:00-12:30 there will be a seminar and demonstrations on the basics of RV maintenance. This is essential in protecting your investment for years to come.
