S’more’s Crunchwrap Dessert!

Camping season is approaching which means it’s time to upgrade your hosting game and what better way than with some delicious food! Wow your guests & kiddos with this elevated s’mores dish, it’s definitely a game changer!

Total Time: 25 Min.

What You’ll Need:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 c. mini marshmallows
  • 4 (2-oz.) chocolate bars (such as Hershey’s)
  • 8 graham crackers
  • Butter, for frying
  • 1 1/2 c. cinnamon-sugar

How to Make It:

1. To make each crunchwrap, first lay one flour tortilla on a nice clean surface. Next, scatter the marshmallows onto the center of the tortilla, leaving about a 2” wide border. Top the marshmallows with graham crackers & lastly, some delicious chocolate. (Psst – you can also use white & dark chocolate!)
2. Tightly fold the edges of tortilla towards the center, creating pleats. After folding, quickly flip the crunchwrap so the pleats are on the bottom.
3. Next, in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, melt about a tablespoon of butter. Add crunchwrap to the skillet with the pleated side facing down. Cook for about 2 minutes or until golden brown. Then flip the crunchwrap and cook for about 3 minutes or until golden on other side.
4. Remove from heat and immediately toss in cinnamon-sugar. You can coat on top or dip it in the cinnamon-sugar combo.
5. Wipe the skillet clean, adding more butter as necessary and repeat with remaining crunchwraps.
6. Cut in half, serve immediately & most importantly, ENJOY!

Take it a step further by adding different goodies to the dish! I recommend oreos, reese’s & pretzels!
